Returns And Refund Policy Other Than Damages

To start a return or refund request you’ll need to contact us within our 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to open a dialog. Items sent back to us without contacting us prior will not be accepted.


To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order/invoice number or proof of purchase.


There is a 20% restocking fee that will need to be prepaid if your return or refund is accepted. If accepted we will send you by email a prepaid return shipping label which you’ll need to print out and tape over the original shipping label. Then, with the new label attached, you’ll need to take it to a UPS store. Please make sure to get a shipping receipt from the UPS store before you leave.


Damages


SAVE YOUR PACKAGING MATERIAL!

A photo of any damage or concerns will need to be sent to us either by text or email within our 7-day policy. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate your concerns and make it right. If your item is accepted for a return because of damage, we will send you by email a prepaid return shipping label which you’ll need to print and tape over the original shipping label. Then, with the new label attached, you’ll need to take it to a UPS store. Please make sure to get a shipping receipt from the UPS store before you leave.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or highly customized orders.


  • Exchanges
  • The fastest way to see if your order can be exchanged within our 7-day policy is to make sure that you contact us as soon as possible. To be eligible for an exchange, the item that you’re exchanging must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order/invoice number or proof of purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee for the returning exchange, and possibly new charges depending on what the exchange is for.
  • Refunds
  • There will need to be a review of the reason you’re requesting a refund. And it must fall within our 7-day policy. You’ll also need to provide the order/invoice number or proof of purchase. We will notify you if your refund can be approved or not.


Cancellation Policy

We recognize that circumstances can change, and sometimes, you may need to cancel an order. Please note that with any cancellation, before it has shipped, there will be a merchant processing fee of 10% that will be deducted from your returned money. For any questions, or concerns and to see if a cancellation could happen, you’ll first need to contact us either by email or phone.
